Getting Started

See If We’re a Good Fit

Reaching out can feel like a big step. This is a simple place to start and see whether working with me feels like the right fit for you.

A Good Fit

A Place To Start

You’re tired of holding it all together

You’re used to taking care of things, taking care of other people, and keeping everything moving, even when you’re running on empty.

Your brain won’t turn off

You spend a lot of time worrying, overthinking, feeling overwhelmed, or trying to keep up with everything your brain expects of you.

Your relationships feel complicated

You’re noticing patterns, communication problems, boundary struggles, or questions about intimacy, identity, sexuality, or the kind of relationship you want.

You want room to be yourself

You want to talk openly about who you are, what you need, and what matters to you without feeling judged or having to explain yourself.

You don’t need to check every box. I work with adults 18+ who are physically located in Massachusetts or Vermont during sessions, and you do not need a diagnosis, referral, or previous therapy experience to reach out.

Reach Out

Tell Me What’s Bringing You Here

Tell me a little about what’s bringing you to therapy and what you’re looking for. I’ll review your message and get back to you to see whether we might be a good fit.

NOT SURE WHERE TO START?

You can start with what’s bothering you most.

Anxiety, relationships, ADHD, burnout, grief, life changes, or something you can’t quite put your finger on. You don’t need to know exactly what you need before you reach out.
