Areas of support

Whatever brought you here, you don't have to figure it out alone.

I work with adults across a range of concerns — some people come in with a clear focus, others just know something isn't working. Both are completely fine starting points.

Anxiety & Worry

When your brain won't stop running worst-case scenarios.

Anxiety can look like a lot of things — constant overthinking, physical tension, avoiding situations, or just a low-level hum of dread that never fully goes away. We'll work on understanding what's contributing to it and building practical tools that actually interrupt the cycle.

  • Generalized anxiety and chronic worry
  • Social anxiety and fear of judgment
  • Perfectionism and fear of failure
  • Health anxiety
  • Panic and overwhelm

Relationships & Communication

Connection is complicated. Let's make it less so.

Whether it's a romantic relationship, a friendship, a family dynamic, or just figuring out how to ask for what you need — relationship stuff is hard. I work with people in all kinds of relationship structures. Your relationships don't need to fit a traditional model to deserve thoughtful, nonjudgmental support. We'll work on communication, conflict, patterns you keep repeating, and what you actually want from the people in your life.

  • Communication and conflict
  • Boundaries and people-pleasing
  • Attachment patterns and relationship dynamics
  • Understanding your own needs and wants
  • Relationship transitions

ADHD & Emotional Overwhelm

Working with your brain, not against it.

ADHD isn't just about focus — it's about emotional regulation, executive function, the shame spiral when you drop the ball again, and the exhaustion of constantly compensating. I work with adults who are often high-functioning on the outside and quietly struggling on the inside.

  • ADHD in adults (diagnosed or suspected)
  • Executive functioning and follow-through
  • Emotional overwhelm and reactivity
  • Shame and self-criticism
  • Difficulty managing competing demands

Burnout & People-Pleasing

For the person who takes care of everyone else first.

If you're exhausted from constantly managing other people's feelings, saying yes when you mean no, or running on empty while looking totally fine — this is for you. We'll work on understanding where those patterns came from and developing practical ways to actually change them, not just push through.

  • Chronic burnout and depletion
  • People-pleasing and difficulty saying no
  • Difficulty setting limits
  • Caregiver fatigue
  • Reclaiming your own needs and identity

Highly Sensitive Adults

Depth and intensity as strengths, not problems.

Being highly sensitive means you process the world more deeply — which can be meaningful and also genuinely exhausting. If you've spent a lot of your life being told you're "too much" or "too sensitive," therapy can be a place to understand your experience differently and figure out how to work with your own needs rather than against them.

  • High sensitivity and sensory overwhelm
  • Emotional intensity and deep processing
  • Overstimulation and recovery
  • Self-acceptance
  • Learning to work with your own needs

Sex-Positive & Kink-Affirming Therapy

A genuinely nonjudgmental space for all of it.

You shouldn't have to worry that a therapist will judge you, pathologize your relationship, or make assumptions about what your relationships are supposed to look like. Whether you're working through shame, navigating intimacy, exploring your identity, or just want a therapist who won't flinch — you're welcome here.

  • Sexuality and sexual identity
  • Consensual non-monogamy (CNM) and polyamory
  • Kink and BDSM
  • Intimacy, desire, and relationship dynamics
  • Shame, stigma, and self-acceptance

Life Transitions & Feeling Stuck

When something has changed and you're not sure what comes next.

Sometimes you don't have a diagnosis — you just know that something isn't working anymore. Maybe a major change happened, or maybe nothing dramatic changed at all and you still feel lost. We'll work on figuring out what you actually want, what's getting in the way, and what a next chapter could look like.

  • Major life transitions
  • Feeling stuck or disconnected
  • Changes in identity or priorities
  • Adjusting to a new chapter
  • Figuring out what you actually want

Not sure if your concern is on this list?

This isn't exhaustive — it's just a starting point. If you're dealing with something that isn't listed here, reach out anyway. The worst I can say is that I'm not the right fit, and I'll do my best to point you somewhere helpful.
