Virtual therapy in Massachusetts & Vermont
Therapy for adults who want to feel understood, not judged.
Practical tools for navigating anxiety, relationships, and real life, from a therapist who gets it.
A place to begin
You can show up as you are
You do not need a diagnosis, referral, previous therapy experience, or a perfectly worded explanation before reaching out.
Ashley Kitchen-Sweet offers warm, practical virtual therapy for adults who want to make sense of what’s happening, understand themselves more clearly, and figure out what comes next.

Areas of support
Support for real life
Whether you’re feeling anxious and overwhelmed, struggling in a relationship, burned out from taking care of everyone else, or simply trying to understand why you feel the way you do, we can start there.
Anxiety & Overwhelm
Make space for the thoughts, feelings, and pressures that are taking up too much room.
Relationships
Explore patterns, communication, boundaries, intimacy, identity, sexuality, and the relationships that matter to you.
ADHD & Highly Sensitive Adults
Build practical tools for ADHD, emotional overwhelm, high sensitivity, and the way your mind works.
Burnout, Boundaries & Life Transitions
Untangle people-pleasing, caregiver stress, burnout, major life changes, and the pressure to keep holding everything together.
The approach
Therapy that feels like an actual conversation
Therapy with me is collaborative, practical, and grounded in what’s actually happening in your life. We’ll make space to understand the bigger picture, while also figuring out what might help you move forward.
No judgment required
Bring the messy, uncertain, complicated, or hard-to-name parts of your experience. You don’t have to edit yourself first.
Practical and personal
We’ll talk about the why, but we won’t stop there. When it makes sense, we’ll work on tools and strategies you can actually use outside of therapy.
Affirming care
Your identity, sexuality, intimacy, and relationship structure are welcome here. You don’t have to worry about being judged or having to explain why your relationships don’t look traditional.
A steady partnership
I’ll bring questions, perspective, and honesty. You’ll bring your own experience and expertise about your life. We’ll figure things out together.
Virtual therapy, grounded in real life
Therapy happens virtually, so you can do the work from a space where you’re comfortable. Sessions are approximately 53 minutes and are held through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.
I work with adults 18+ who are physically located in Massachusetts or Vermont at the time of their session. I currently offer appointments during the daytime, Monday through Friday, and do not offer evening or weekend appointments.
Wondering if we could be a good fit?
Finding the right therapist matters. You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. Tell me a little about what’s bringing you to therapy, and we’ll take it from there.
