About Ashley
A real person behind the therapy
I’m Ashley Kitchen-Sweet, a licensed therapist in Massachusetts and Vermont. I work with adults navigating anxiety, relationships, ADHD, overwhelm, burnout, and the complicated parts of figuring out what comes next.
I believe feeling genuinely understood matters. Therapy should be a place where you can be honest about what’s hard, what’s confusing, and what you actually want, without having to perform wellness or have everything figured out first.

Meet Ashley
No couch. No clipboard. Just an actual conversation.
That’s really what I want therapy with me to feel like.
I’m not here to simply reflect your words back to you and send you home with a worksheet. I’ll listen, ask real questions, offer perspective when it’s helpful, and tell you when I think something is worth looking at a little differently.
Sometimes therapy means slowing down and understanding why something keeps happening. Sometimes it means figuring out what to actually do about it. Usually, it’s some combination of both.
I want our work to feel collaborative, honest, and useful. There’s room for serious conversations, complicated feelings, and even some humor along the way.
